Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service. Please review carefully and read in its entirety:1. General terms
✦ Client will provide clear visual references and description of request upon ordering a commission.
✦ A fee may be charged for working with only descriptions and random images in the instance of creating or updating a new design for a charcater.
✦ Maintain respectful communication with the artist. Disrespectful communication and pressuring the artist to finish the artwork faster will result in a cancellation of the commission. For desired deadlines please discuss at the beginning of the commission.
✦ I will draw most subjects except: nsfw, machines, heavy gore.
✦ Sorellajem reserves the right to decline a client commission.2. Payment
✦ Payment will be paid upfront in full within 48h of being acccepted for a slot.
✦ Process begins once payment is sent and accepted.3. Process
✦ Updates will be sent to clients during the following stages: sketch, flat color and final stages.
✦ Requesting progress updates is allowed.
✦ Product turn around may vary between 3 weeks to 2 months depending on different factors (health, school, family, position in queue).
✦ Final unwatermarked and signed artwork will be delivered as an attachmet via email.4. Revision policy
✦ Clients are allowed to request minor revisions at all stages of the art process, within reason.
✦ Excessive requests for revisions will lead to an extra fee.
✦ Major revisions past the sketch phase will result in an extra fee and a slower process.
✦ A redraw or recolor will result in a fee depending on the extent of the revision ($5-$25).5. Refund policy
✦ A refund and cancellation is allowed by the client if the payment has not yet been sent.
✦Client does not have right to request a refund once the process has begun and the process has started.
✦ Sorellajem retains the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.6. Terms of use and Copyright
✦ Sorellajem's commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Do not use my art commercially. This means you will not reproduce my art or use for marketing purposes that generates profit.
✦ Attribute all credit to the aritst when using the artwork.
✦ DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.
✦ DO NOT remove artist's signature/watermark without my permission.

Hello! I am Jem, a Mexican American queer freelance/hobbyist artist, based in California, who enjoys playing Splatoon. I began as a competitive player from 2020-2022 and transitioned to playing casually and on CCA Squids at Cal in the 22-23 academic year. In univeristy, I study Art History and American Studies and am currently in my fourth year, expecting to graduate in the spring of 2024.
